NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report
(“Annual Report”) of the Company incorporating the audited
annual financial statements of Tradehold for the year ended 28
February 2017 was dispatched to shareholders on 31 May 2017.
The Annual Report contains no changes to the summary of the
audited consolidated results of the Company for the 12 months
to 28 February 2017 released on the Securities Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited on 24 May 2017.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”)
of the shareholders of Tradehold will be held at 10am on
Friday, 11 August 2017, in the boardroom at the head office of
Pepkor Limited, located on the 3rd floor of the Pepkor
Building at 36 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria, to transact
the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice
forming part of the Annual Report.
