DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of CoreShares Green securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
quarter ended 31 March 2017. The distribution of 15.89458 cents per CoreShares Green security will
be comprised as follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross)                                       13.21236 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (20%)                                                     2.64247 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                             10.56989 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                             1.97070 cents
 (No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
 holders)
 Non-residents:
 Local Dividends withholding Tax (20%)                                               0.39414 cents
 Net dividend                                                                        1.57656 cents

 Interest                                                                            0.71152 cents




The distribution will be made to all holders of CoreShares Green securities who were recorded in the
register on 31 March 2017 and will be paid on 20 April 2017.
