AMENDMENT TO THE NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING OF AFFECTED PERSONS


Affected Parties are advised that there has been an amendment to the
general meeting of Affected Parties to be held on 17 March 2016, as
stated in the SENS announcement dated 9 March 2016.

The meeting informing Affected Parties of the process that will be
followed in terms of Proposal 3 of the Business Rescue Plan has been
divided into two separate meetings.

The meetings will take place as follows:

The meeting advising creditors of the process in terms of Proposal 3
will take place at 10h30 on Thursday, 17 March 2016 at the address
detailed below:

          Auditorium
          Offices of ENS Africa
          150 West Street
          Sandton
          Johannesburg

The meeting advising Union and Employee representatives of the process
in terms of Proposal 3 will take place at 10h00 on 18 March 2016 at the
address detailed below:

          Witbank Golf Club
          2 Lukin Street
          eMalahleni
