CHANGE OF NAME: FINALISATION DATA

Further to the announcement released on 15 December 2015, shareholders are
advised of the following important information relating to the change of
the name of Company from Southern View Finance Ltd to VestIN Holdings Ltd
(“Change of Name”).

The Company currently trades under the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”)
ticker “SVF.BH” and the JSE Limited (“JSE”) ticker “SVF” on the Alternative
Exchange (“AltX”).

After the Change of Name, the Company will trade on the BSX under the
ticker “VIN.BH” and the short name “VestIN”, and on the AltX under the
ticker “VIN” and the short name “VestIN”.

The International Securities Identification Number of the Company will
change from “BMG829251013” to “BMG934031060” with effect from Monday,
4 January 2016.

of the securities issued under the Change of Name.
