           GARRY PITA APPOINTED ACTING GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF
           TRANSNET SOC LIMITED

           Mr Garry Pita has been appointed Acting Group Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) of Transnet
           SOC Ltd with effect from 1 August 2015. This follows the secondment of the current Group
           Chief Financial Officer, Mr Anoj Singh to Eskom where he will be the Acting Chief Financial
           Officer.
