NOTICE BY THE ISSUER OF THE FULL REPURCHASE AND CANCELLATION OF
THE SECURITIES

This Notice references the Series 2 ZAR 50,000,000 Limited
Recourse Floating Rate Credit Linked Secured Notes due 2018
(ISIN ZAG000106824) (the Securities).

The Securities were issued by the Issuer under its ZAR
1,000,000,000 Limited Recourse Secured Debt Issuance Programme
(the Programme) and were listed on the Interest Rate Market of
the JSE Limited (the JSE) under instrument code number DOL002.
The terms and conditions of the Securities are detailed in the
Supplemental Information Memorandum dated 3 July 2013, which is
supplemental to the Information Memorandum dated 16 April 2013
relating to the Programme and the JSE Placement Document for
purposes of inward listing the Programme on the Interest Rate
Market of the JSE dated 22 April 2013 and was issued in
conjunction with, and incorporates by reference, the Information
Memorandum and the JSE Placement Document.

Security holders are advised that the Issuer will purchase ZAR
50,000,000 original notional (being ZAR 49,000,000 current
notional) amount of the Securities (the Repurchase) with effect
from Thursday, 19 February 2015 (the Repurchase and Cancellation
Date). This constitutes a repurchase of the Securities pursuant
to Condition 9 (Purchase) of the Securities. Following such
Repurchase the Issuer shall cancel all outstanding Securities.

The Repurchase will be settled through Strate Proprietary
Limited and The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
instruct Strate Limited to mark down and cancel the Securities
by an aggregate principal amount of ZAR 50,000,000 original
notional (being ZAR 49,000,000 current notional) on the
Repurchase and Cancellation Date.
