CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, Hospitality is pleased to announce the
appointment of Miss Zola Ntwasa as an independent non-executive
director and a member of the Fund’s audit and risk committee.

Miss Ntwasa qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2003
after having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting at
the University of Natal (DBN) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree
at the University of Cape Town.

She is a director of Standard Bank Group Limited’s Real Estate
Finance division, heading up its New Business team. Miss Ntwasa
was previously an investment banker, having held roles in
Standard Bank’s BEE Finance division and in Corporate Finance at
Investec Bank Limited.

Miss Ntwasa is currently the chair of the Women’s Property
Network (Gauteng) and a member of SAPOA, AWCA and ABASA.

Miss Ntwasa’s appointment is with immediate effect.
