RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The annual general meeting of RAC ordinary shareholders was
held on Friday, 7 September 2012. The RAC ordinary shares
are not listed on the JSE. The ordinary resolutions and the
special resolution as set out in the notice of annual
general meeting to shareholders dated 1 August 2012, except
for ordinary resolution 8 which was withdrawn, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.

The special resolution will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
