Change to the Board of Directors

In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are herewith advised of
the following changes to the board of directors (the “Board”) of Vista Finco.

Appointment

Ms Deborah Mutemwa-Tumbo (“Deborah”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive executive director to
the Board of Vista Finco, effective from 29 September 2023. Deborah is also appointed to the Audit Committee and the
Social and Ethics Committee.

Deborah holds an LLB, LLM (cum laude) and is a practicing attorney, executive chairwoman and a proud mum of two.
The Board congratulates Deborah on her appointment and looks forward to her contribution.

Resignation

In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, Vista Finco wishes further to notify
noteholders, that Mr Roger Pitt has resigned as independent non-executive director from the Board, effective from
29 September 2023 due to the fact that he is emigrating.
