SUSPENSION OF ASBI EX-SA PORTFOLIO
Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released by
Cloud Atlas (RF) Proprietary Limited (“the Company”) on SENS, the
latest being on 15 September 2022, relating to details of the Company’s
decision with regards to the repurpose of the ASBI ex-SA portfolio,
and the cautionary announcement released on 09 September 2022 where
shareholders were advised to trade with caution when dealing in ASBI
ex-SA.
Shareholders are advised that the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“the JSE”)
has granted the Company approval to suspend the ASBI ex-SA portfolio. The
suspension will be effective as of 20 September 2022 before the market
opens.
Shareholders are further advised that during the suspension period they
will be unable to trade in the ABSI ex-SA portfolio until the repurpose
of the portfolio has been completed and suspension is lifted by the JSE.
A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
