NOTICE OF RELEASE OF SHARES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

DRA Global Limited (ASX: DRA) (‘DRA’ or ‘the Company’) gives notice that the following shares will be released from voluntary escrow 
from the close of trading on JSE on 25 February 2022, being the day of announcement of DRA’s full year financial results for the 
financial year ended 31 December 2021.

• 34,078,625 fully paid ordinary shares

These shares comprise all of the shares to which voluntary escrow was applied at the time of DRA’s initial public offering and listing 
in July 2021. As these shares were subject only to voluntary escrow they have been quoted on the ASX and the JSE since the listing of DRA on those exchanges.
