Subject: Management Board's member resignation

The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (“GTC”’ “Company”) informs that on 27 October
2021, the Company entered into a mutual employment contract termination agreement with Mr. Robert
Snow, a completion of which is subject to the Supervisory Board approval. Mr. Snow resigned from his
seat on the Management Board of the Company as well as GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt.
The resignation is effective immediately upon approval of the Supervisory Board.

Legal grounds: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current
and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
