CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Mike Stringer (“Mike”) has resigned with immediate
effect from the Board of Labat and as the Chief Executive Officer of Labat Healthcare
Limited. Mike will continue to be available to consult to Labat as and when needed.

The Board would like to thank Mike for all his assistance within Labat Healthcare in
setting up all the relevant structures required in order to develop a fruitful and
sustainable Medical Cannabis business and wish him well for the future.
