Rockwell Diamonds Amalgamation – Redemption Consideration amount payment

Rockwell shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS earlier today, March 3,
2021 wherein it was advised that Shareholders had approved the Amalgamation.

Shareholders are advised that, as per the exchange rate of C$1.00/ZAR 11.8329 at the close of business on March 1,
2021, the expected date for payment to the Company’s depositary of the redemption amount of C$0.005/(ZAR 0.059) per
Common Share outstanding in the Company will be on Tuesday, 9 March 2021.
