Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares
of 7 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
Date of purchase: 2 February 2021
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 1,567
Lowest price paid per share: 155.9000 pence
Highest price paid per share: 157.8500 pence
Average price paid per share: 157.1626 pence
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 13 October 2020, the Company has purchased 13,929,751 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of £18,222,423.62.
Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury
and will have 1,778,362,766 ordinary shares in issue.
