CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders of the following
changes to the Board and the audit and risk committee of the Company
(“Audit and Risk Committee”), which changes have been approved by the Board and are
effective from 1 August 2020:

Chairperson of the Board

Mr. Grant Pattison (“Mr. Pattison”) has stepped down as chairperson of the Board
(“Chairperson”), but will continue to serve as an independent non-executive director of the
Company. Ms. Nonzukiso Siyotula (“Ms. Siyotula”) has replaced Mr. Pattison as Chairperson.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Pattison for his wise counsel and guidance over the years
and acknowledges the role he has played as chairman of the Company.

Audit and Risk Committee

Ms. Siyotula has stepped down as chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee, but will
continue to serve as a member of the committee. Mr. Pattison, who is currently a member of
the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as the chairperson of the committee.

The Board is confident that these changes will provide the necessary leadership continuity.
