ISSUE OF IBL142 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL142 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R600 000 000 (Six
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL142), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL142 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 20 February
2020 with effect from commencement of trade.
