LISTING OF TAP ISSUE
The JSE Limited has granted African Bank the listing of its third
tranche of ABLS5 Subordinated Unsecured Floating Rate Notes, to the
value of R500 million, in terms of its ZAR25 billion Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme dated 1 June 2012, which brings the
total issue of the ABLS5 notes to R1.367 billion.
