Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SAB MILLER            
PLC ORDINARY SHARES (SAB) and that as a result of the dividend                  
declaration relating to SAB MILLER PLC ORDINARY SHARES (SAB) the                
Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of             
424.42091 cents per SABNIH share instalment that is payable on Friday,          
12 August 2011. Payment will be rounded to two decimal places.                  
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 29 July 2011, . The share         
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 01 August             
2011 and the record date is Friday, 05 August 2011
