In terms of the agreement concluded with Litha Healthcare Holdings (Pty) Ltd,   
the Litha Executive Share Scheme received 2,118,812 shares. It is not in the    
Litha Executive Share Scheme`s mandate to hold shares in any business other than
Litha Healthcare Holdings (Pty) Ltd and therefore these shares have now been    
sold and the proceeds used to settle the liabilities that the Litha Executive   
Share Purchase Scheme incurred in order to obtain its initial shareholding in   
Litha Healthcare Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
