Change to the board of directors                                                
Mvela Group announces that Brett Till has resigned as a director and Chief      
Financial Officer of Mvela Group with effect from 31 July 2007, having          
spent more than nine years with Mvela Group and Rebserve.                       
Notwithstanding the effective date of Till`s resignation of 31 July 2007,       
Till has agreed to assist Mvela Group during the months of August and           
September 2007 with the finalisation of Mvela Group`s audited results for       
the year ended 30 June 2007 and the preparation of the 2007 annual report.      
Mvela Group has initiated a process to find a suitable successor for Till,      
which process it is anticipated will be finalised prior to 31 July 2007 to      
allow a smooth transition following Till`s departure. The company has in        
the interim appointed, with effect from 1 June 2007, a senior executive to      
strengthen the finance team.
