EARLY REDEMPTION OF H10T6 SENIOR SECURED CALLABLE NOTES ("H10T6 NOTES")

the H10T6 Notes pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in the Issuer's Programme
Memorandum dated 17 February 2016 (as amended and supplemented) and item 93(B) of
