DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN RMH ORDINARY SHARES

In compliance with Section 22(1)(a) and Section 122(2)(b)(i) of the Companies Act, No. 71
of 2008 ("Companies Act") and Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Peresec Prime Brokers Proprietary Limited hereby notifies RMH that it has acquired
additional RMH ordinary shares, resulting in a beneficial interest of 5.02% in the 1 392.9
million issued ordinary shares of the Company.

As required by Section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has submitted the
necessary notification to the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of RMH accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement as it relates to the Company and confirms that, to the best of its knowledge
and belief, such information relating to RMH is true and that this announcement does not
omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information.
