PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF PREGIP SECURITIES

The JSE has approved the partial redemption of 170,700 PREGIP securities with effect from the
commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately R10.18 per security.


Following the partial redemption of the 170,700 securities, there will be 754,215 PREGIP securities in
issue.
