NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS OF SBC095 ZAR25,000,000 S&P Dow
Jones iTRAXX® Europe Crossover Series 42 LISTED NOTE DUE
20 December 2029 (Stock Code: SBC095 and ISIN Code: ZAG000211699)
(the "Note") issued in terms of The Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited's Structured Note Programme (the "Programme")) on
02 January 2025. Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined
in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Pricing
Supplement of the Note, as read with the Programme Memorandum.

Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Credit Event which occurred in respect
of Intrum AB ("Intrum"), as advised in an announcement dated
15 January 2025 and the occurrence of manifest errors in Annex of
the Pricing Supplement, the Pricing Supplement will be amended as
follows:

1.   the   Aggregate   Nominal   Amount   will   be   amended   to
ZAR24,666,750;

2.   the Nominal Amount of the Affected Portion (being the Portion
relating to Intrum) will be amended to ZAR 234,868;

3.   the FO of the Affected Portion (being the Portion relating to
Intrum) will be amended to Not Applicable;

4.   the record date is 23 January 2025; and

5. in respect of the manifest errors in Annex A of the Pricing
Supplement, Annex A of the Pricing Supplement is hereby amended,
from the effective date being 30 January 2025, as follows -

     (i) the deletion of "335 000" and replacement thereof with
     "333 500" relating to Portion 1 to Portion 25 in the Nominal
     Amount (ZAR) column;

     (ii) the deletion of "332 500" and replacement thereof with
     "333 250" relating to Portion 26 to Portion 75 in the Nominal
     Amount (ZAR) column;

     (iii)     the deletion of the Reference Entity at Portion 29
     and Portion 30 being "Infrastructure Wireless Italiane SpA"
     and   "International   Consolidated   Airlines    Group   SA"
     respectively, and the inclusion of "CMA CGM SA" as Portion 14
     and "Eutelsat SA" as Portion 23 as Reference Entities in the
     Reference Entities column.

Notice is given to Noteholders for information purposes only.   No
action is required by Noteholders.
