Update - Transfer of subsidiaries

Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 10 October 2024 regarding inter
alia the transfer of certain subsidiary companies of SEAM to James Allan, the previous
CEO of Seam.

The Board of directors have confirmed that these transfers to James Allan will no longer
proceed and the subsidiaries will deregistered rather instead.
