UPDATE TO SCHEDULE 13 DIRECTORS' DECLARATIONS


In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Messrs Mike Miller and Magen Naidoo ("the directors") have notified the Company that, pursuant to Birca
Copper and Metals Proprietary Limited ("BCM"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mantengu, having been placed
under business rescue, item 16 of the directors' Schedule 13 declarations have been updated.
