As announced on 02 May 2024, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes ("Autocalls"), hereby
notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 17 May 2024 (see the related securities above).

On 17 May 2024 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls were
Exercised and expired on 17 May 2024. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows:

 Condition for Exercise                   For each Underlying Asset, the closing level of on 17 May 2024 plus the
                                          Absolute Dividend Performance, is greater than the Initial Asset Price
                                          multiplied by 90%.
