CHANGE TO COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are advised as part of the Group’s continuing retention strategy and succession
planning, Billy Mokale, the AfroCentric Group Company Secretary, will be moving from the role
of Group Company Secretary to Managing Director of Pharmacy Direct Proprietary Limited, a
wholly owned subsidiary of AfroCentric.

AfroCentric is in the process of recruiting a new Group Company Secretary and a further
announcement in this regard will be released on SENS in due course. In order to ensure a smooth
transition Billy will continue to fill the role of Group Company Secretary until an incumbent is
appointed. It is anticipated that a new Group Company Secretary will be appointed before 30
September 2023.

The AfroCentric Group wishes to extend its gratitude to Billy for his contribution and wish him well
on this next exciting journey in the AfroCentric Group.
