Bondholders are advised that David Munro has announced his intention to resign from the boards of
Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited (collectively “Liberty”) effective 9 March 2023. The
directors of Liberty thank David for his significant contribution to Liberty since he joined the boards in
February 2017.
