GLOBAL INVESTOR CALL

Eskom advises that it will be hosting a global investor call to take place on Friday, 18 February 2022 at 15h00
to 16h00 (SAST).

The purpose of the global investor call is to provide an update on the Transmission Unbundling, further to
the global investor call on 15 December 2021 and is available to Eskom investors only.

Investors interested to participate are requested to register at https://forms.office.com/r/XyZyFMUdha by
no later than 13h00 (SAST) on Friday, 18 February 2022. Once Eskom receives registration details, it will
provide a link to investors for participation in the global investor call.

The presentation will be published on Eskom’s website at https://www.eskom.co.za/investors/investor-
presentations/ from the commencement of the global investor call.
