Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R500,000,000 (Five
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL183), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL183 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 25 August 2021
with effect from commencement of trade.
