RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Marcel Naude, has resigned
as financial director of the Company with effect from 23 September 2021.

The Board and Management would like to thank Marcel for his valuable contribution to the
Company over the years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
