AMENDMENTS TO THE OLD MUTUAL, OMLACSA AND OLD MUTUAL INSURE INFORMATION
STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE ZAR25,000,000,000 MULTI-ISSUER NOTE PROGRAMME

Noteholders are advised that Old Mutual, OMLACSA and Old Mutual Insure (the “Issuers”) have
amended and restated the information statement in respect of the ZAR25,000,000,000 Multi-Issuer
Note Programme (the “Information Statement”) to update the Information Statement in compliance
with the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements.

The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates to the following sections:

1. Old Mutual

   • Board of directors and debt officer; and
   • Material change.

   •   Risks relating to Old Mutual Insure’s business;
   •   King IV application; and
   •   Board of directors and debt officer.
