NOTICE OF REDEMPTION BY THE ISSUER ON 19 JULY 2021 OF EACH OF
THE CLASS A NOTES, THE CLASS B NOTES AND THE CLASS C NOTES
ISSUED BY THE ISSUER UNDER THE ZAR4,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED
NOTE PROGRAMME OF THE ISSUER
Notice is hereby given that, the Issuer shall, on 19 July
2021, redeem the Outstanding Principal Amount under the -
- Class A3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 19 April 2048 in
an amount of R 1,228,500,000.00 (the Class A Notes) (ISIN
No. ZAG000152620; Bond Exchange Listing Code AHF2A3)
- Class B3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 19 April 2048 in
an amount of R 59,400,000.00 (the Class B Notes) (ISIN
No. ZAG000152612; Bond Exchange Listing Code AHF2B3)
- Class C3 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 19 April 2048 in
an amount of R 62,100,000.00 (the Class C Notes) (ISIN
No. ZAG000152604; Bond Exchange Listing Code AHF2C3)
(collectively, the "Notes"), which Notes were issued under the
Issuer's ZAR4,000,000,000 asset backed note programme
established in terms of a programme memorandum dated on or about
15 October 2012 as amended from time to time(the "Programme
Memorandum").
The Coupon Step-Up Date of each of the Class A3 Notes, the Class
B3 Notes and the Class C3 Notes respectively is 18 July 2021 and
the Notes shall be redeemed on 19 July 2021, being the first
Business Day following the Coupon Step-Up Date.
Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not
otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings assigned to
such terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum.
