CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Arrowhead shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released by Fairvest Property Holdings
Limited (“Fairvest”) on 29 April 2021, where Fairvest advised their shareholders, inter alia:

•   that they were engaging, on a select basis, with certain shareholders in Arrowhead and Fairvest with a
    view to acquiring Arrowhead B ordinary shares in exchange for newly issued Fairvest shares; and
•   that they were also engaging directly with Arrowhead regarding their intentions.

Arrowhead shareholders are advised that, while Arrowhead has been advised by Fairvest of their desire to
engage, as yet no substantive engagement has taken place.

Arrowhead shareholders are advised to exercise caution when trading in their Arrowhead shares.
