FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR NAME CHANGE

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 16 October 2020 wherein the
Company advised that the resolution to approve the change of the name of the Company to Mahube
Infrastructure Limited was approved by the requisite number of shareholders at the Company’s
Annual General Meeting.


Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received confirmation of the registration of
the resolutions to effect the name change from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
(“CIPC”). Shareholders should take note of the dates set out below:
