that the audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
31 December 2019 for both the Issuer (AASAF) and the Guarantor
(Anglo American Plc) are available on the Guarantor's website at
the following link www.angloamerican.com.

Noteholders are also advised that the Issuer's Annual Financial
statements are unqualified and there were no restatements of the
previous year's annual financial statements.
