ISSUE OF IBL131 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL131 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R300 000 000 (Three
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL131), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL131 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 8 August 2019
with effect from commencement of trade.
