CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised as follows:

    1.   Further to the announcement released on SENS on 14 June 2019 appointing Ms Emily Hendricks as interim
         Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, SA Corporate has now appointed Mr Arthur
         Moloto, currently the lead independent director, as Chairman with immediate effect; and

    2.   Further to the announcement released on SENS on 21 May 2019 regarding, inter alia, the resignation of
         Mrs Antoinette Basson as Financial Director of the Company, it should be noted that Mrs Antoinette Basson has
         rescinded her resignation and the Board, after considering various other candidates, has consented and accepted
         the rescission of Mrs Antoinette Basson’s resignation as Financial Director and she will continue in her role as
         Financial Director of the Company.
