ACTING CFO APPOINTMENT

Noteholders are hereby advised that Ms Lindani Mukhudwani has
been appointed as the acting CFO for ACSA with effect from 13
June 2019 in line with their internal Acting and Allowance
Policy. Lindani succeeds Mr Dirk Kunz who has been the acting
CFO since January 2017.


The Issuer’s process pertaining to the appointment of a permanent
CFO is currently underway.
