Early Redemption of Notes

The holders of debt securities are hereby advised that the
Issuer is considering an early redemption of all Notes
outstanding    under    the    Steinhoff    Services    Limited
ZAR15,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the
Notes). Such redemption will be effected by amending and
restating the applicable pricing supplements in relation to the
Notes to bring forward the Maturity Date, subject to the
necessary consents being obtained.

Holders of the Issuer’s securities are advised to      exercise
caution when dealing in the securities of the group.
