PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWFUNDS SHARI’AH EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS

NewFunds has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 16 000,000
Shari’ah ETF securities, following the redemption of such participatory interests.

After the partial de-listing of the 16 000,000 Shari’ah ETFs, there will be 13,575,446
participatory interests in issue.
