POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING

The integrated annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the
Company for the year ended 28 February 2013 has been posted to shareholders
today, 31 May 2013. The annual financial statements were audited by the
Company`s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and their unmodified report is
available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the
Company, which will be held at 09:30 on Monday, 5 August 2013 in the boardroom
at the head office of Pepkor Limited, 36 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria 7493.
