DEALING IN SECURITIES

Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 2 July 2025 and 22 July 2025, relating to, inter
alia, awards of deferred bonus shares ("Awards") under the Crookes Brothers Limited Deferred Bonus Scheme 2020
("DBS") and disposals of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") arising from the vesting of Awards
("Disposals").

In terms of the DBS, pursuant to an Award, deferred bonus shares are issued or acquired for the benefit of the
participants in the DBS ("Participants") and are held in escrow with an escrow agent, this being JSE Investor Services
(Pty) Ltd ("JIS"), until the vesting date.

Following (i) the vesting of certain Awards on 15 July 2025; and (ii) some Participants, including Kennet A Sinclair (Chief
Executive Officer of Crookes Brothers), Rory F Niven (Chief Operations Officer and Prescribed Officer of Crookes
Brothers), Lisa A Pretorius (Prescribed Officer of Crookes Brothers) and Sarel Badenhorst (Director of Mawecro Farming
(Pty) Ltd), having elected to dispose of such Awards ("Relevant Participants"), JIS is facilitating the disposals in respect
thereof on behalf of the Relevant Participants. Only once all disposals for the Relevant Participants have been
implemented, will JIS allocate the disposals to each Relevant Participant.

Further to the Disposals, shareholders are advised of the following additional on-market disposal of Ordinary Shares,
by JIS, on behalf of the Relevant Participants:

 Total transaction value          R9 720.60

The transaction was for the direct benefit of the Relevant Participants. The requisite clearance was obtained.
