WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 27 March 2025 and to
the subsequent update and renewal of cautionary announcements, dated 17 April 2025 and 4 June 2025,
whereby shareholders were advised that the negotiations referred to therein, relate to a potential
acquisition.

Shareholders are advised that the negotiations relating to a potential acquisition have ceased, with the
seller no longer engaging exclusively in discussions with the Company and indicating they may approach
the market independently. As a result, exclusivity has lapsed and no further developments are anticipated.

Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in the Company's
securities.
