AVAILABILITY OF THE ISSUER'S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND THE UPDATED KING IV APPLICATION
STATEMENT

AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 31 March 2025
(the "financial statements") are available for inspection, during office hours, at the registered office of the
Issuer and through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.

The financial statements will also be available on the Issuer's website at https://www.toyota.co.za/payment-
options/toyota-financial-services/corporate-affairs.

Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Issuer is unqualified, with
no modifications applicable.

Furthermore, the Issuer advises that certain line items in the statement of cash flows, as contained in the
previously published annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 31 March 2024, have been
restated, as further detailed in note 32 of the annual financial statements (the "restatement").

After consideration of the IFRIC Agenda containing guidance on when it is appropriate to classify bank
overdrafts as cash and cash equivalents, as noted in the JSE's Report on Proactive Monitoring of financial
statements in 2024, the restatement was deemed appropriate.

ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V.,
being the guarantor to the Issuer's R20 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the year
ended 31 March 2025 (the "Guarantor's financial statements") are expected to be made available on or about
31 July 2025. A further announcement will be made once the Guarantor's financial statements are available.

AVAILABILITY OF THE UPDATED KING IV APPLICATION STATEMENT

In accordance with paragraphs 4.10 and 6.21 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are advised that the Issuer's King IV application statement, as incorporated by reference in the
amended and restated programme memorandum dated 19 May 2025 issued in connection with the Issuer's
R20 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, (the "King IV Application Statement"), has been
updated.

The updated King IV Application Statement is available for inspection, during office hours, at the registered
office of the Issuer and through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.
The updated King IV Application Statement will also be available on the Issuer's website at
https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-services/corporate-affairs.
