RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 27 March 2025 and to
the subsequent update and renewal of cautionary announcement, dated 17 April 2025, whereby
shareholders were advised that the negotiations referred to therein, relate to a potential acquisition.

Shareholders are advised that the negotiations are still ongoing. If successfully concluded the acquisition
may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's
securities, until a further announcement is made.
