ACTIVELY MANAGED ETF IN THE ACTIVELY MANAGED EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SUB-
SECTOR ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE")
1. INTRODUCTION
This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing by introduction, of participatory interests
in the Coronation Global Opportunities Equity Prescient Feeder Actively Managed Exchange Traded
Fund.
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum
("the Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 26 May 2023 and amended on 04 October
2024 and the Twelfth Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 04 October 2024 and relates to the
listing by introduction of the Coronation Global Opportunities Equity Prescient Feeder AMETF
participatory interests in the "Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector
on the Main Board of the JSE.
2. STRUCTURE
The Coronation Global Opportunities Equity Prescient Feeder AMETF portfolio is managed by
Prescient, an approved manager of Collective Investment Schemes and as such is governed in terms
of CISCA. The Manager has entered into an agreement with the Asset Manager, Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd, in terms of which the Asset Manager will manage the underlying portfolio and
execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager. Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its duties as specified in CISCA and the
Regulations thereto.

3.8 Investment Policy:
The Coronation Global Opportunities Equity Prescient Feeder Actively Managed Exchange Traded
Fund's objective is to give investors access to some of the best fund managers across the globe. The
intent is to outperform its benchmark over any five-year period.

To achieve its objective, the securities to be included in the portfolio, except for assets in liquid form,
will consist solely of participatory interests or any other form of participation in the Coronation Global
Opportunities Equity Fund ("underlying fund"), approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.
The underlying fund is managed with the aim of achieving its investment objective of outperforming an
appropriate global equity benchmark over the long term by investing, either directly or indirectly, up to
100% of the fund's Net Asset Value in equities, equity-related securities, and CIS.
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE LISTING
The portfolio will be seeded through an introduction of 100,000 participatory interest in the portfolio at
R10 (Ten Rand) per participatory interest.
