Noteholders are hereby advised of the appointment of John Keller as the Debt Officer of Daimler
Truck Southern Africa with effect from 1 July 2024. This follows the resignation of Kriben Naidoo as
Debt Officer, effective 1 July 2024.

The Board of Directors of Daimler Truck Southern Africa has considered and is satisfied with the
competence, qualifications, and experience of John Keller to be appointed as the Debt Officer.
